◎简 介
伊朗库尔德斯坦省的一个小村子里来了一群工程师。村民们对这群忽然来到的外来人群情纷纷，猎奇他们来此地的目标。虽然感应陌生，可是村民对客人还是表示出友爱的接待。其中一个工程师，对村里的一切都饶有爱好。他天天跟从着村里的小孩处处检察，留意到有个抱病的老太太，因而不停地探问老太太的病情。由于需要用无线电话和总部联络，而村里的信号欠好，所以工程师每次都要跑到山上的墓地去接听。在山上，他发现有个村民总是在单独挖着坑，感觉猎奇的他经常上前与这个村民聊天。忽然有一天，如风般顺畅的日子发生了变化。山上村民挖的坑陷落了，生坑了村民，医生前往奋力急救村民，顺道发现阿谁老太太也在病危中。面临生命的逝去，工程师难过万分。
本片荣获第56届威尼斯电影节评审团出格大奖。
