简 介
海不扬波的一天，日本海上侵占队的舰队按例举行结合练习，谁知装备了最新防御系统矶风号出现异常。先是普通舰员和舰长遇害，继而得知某国的队日奸细教官龙华，照顾能力强大的炸弹GUSOH奥秘登舰，追被劫持矶风号攻击东京。在副舰长宫津弘隆二（寺尾聪 饰）和沟口（中井贵一 饰）等人的号令下，船员们纷纷乘救生艇逃生，却不知沟口的真正身份正是龙华，宫津则是他的密切战友。他们全速向都城圈进步，并向日本政府提出了3点要求。与此同时，退役于矶风号的前伍长仙石恒史（真田广之 饰）偷偷潜回本舰，以一己之力和这群可骇份子展开周旋……
本片按照福井晴敏的同名原著改编。
