简 介
数亿美圆的上市公司GTX在蒙受金融危机后，高层决议实行裁员，具有六位数薪水的老员工沃克（本·阿弗莱克 Ben Affleck 饰）居然首当其冲，高贵的屋子和保时捷逐一落空，不能不搬到怙恃家中住，为了赡养妻子和两个孩子，沃克只好到接管一份亲戚供给的夫役活。公司得以平安度过危机，但是总裁的老朋友兼公司合股人麦克拉里（汤米·李·琼斯 Tommy Lee Jones 饰）却发现，总裁一面宣称资金题目而大举裁员，一面却花钱新建公司总部，在提出异议后，总裁居然连他也要解雇，转而聘用自己的情妇。看破了同伴的自擅自利，带着对被裁员工的惭愧，麦克拉里终究做了一个极富勇气的决议……
