　　第一部操纵微缩科技深入人体拍摄的科幻片，也是《惊奇大奇航》的前身。故事描写一位苏联科学家从银幕逃到美国，由于他的脑血管遭到特务破坏而命在旦夕。五名美国医生乃被缩小成几百万分之一置于胶片中，注射进科学家体内停止血管手术。本片构想新奇，为科幻片题材开创了新六合。人体内部景观的映象结果不乏取材性，惋惜六十年月的电影特技仍未够高明，明天看来难免使观众对于某些布景感应可笑，不外并不影响本片丰富的文娱性。导演理查德．弗莱尔叙事流利，曾获最好艺术指导和最好视觉结果两项金像奖。
