◎简　　介

　　怙恃的早逝让艾莲（克里斯蒂娜·里奇 Christina Ricci 饰）和吉姆（杰西·艾森伯格 Jesse Eisenberg 饰）这对兄妹不能不早早过上了相依为命的困苦生活，可即使如此，他们两人之间糟糕的关系也没有半分改变。一次意外中，兄妹两出了车祸，所幸并无大碍，可接下去发生的工作就没有这么荣幸了——他们被体型庞大的恶狼攻击了。
　　虽然受了伤，但艾莲和吉姆最少保住了人命，但是，自攻击事务发生那天起，一些两人不管若何都没法疏忽的变化起头在他们的身上发生了，他们的感官变得异常灵敏，皮肤上长出了粗硬的毛发，性情也起头幻化无常，着一切的一切都指向了一个答案——艾莲和吉姆起头了向狼人的变异。
