◎简　　介　

　　2004年4月的一天，一支美军小分队在伊拉克巴格达巡查。安静的早晨时光很快被振聋发聩的枪炮声打破，小分队忽然遭到当地武装份子的攻击。经过一番剧烈交兵，武装份子中数人伤亡，美军中士大卫?杰森（Michael Belisaro 饰）也身受重伤。战友的伤势严重，小分队的兵士们没法顾及其他，赶紧带着大卫赶往比来的伊拉克医院。在医院内他们和恰幸亏此疗伤的武装份子遭受，双方再次发生抵触。
　　万般无法之下，小分队成员只得带着伤者转移。在接下来的12小时内，他们遭受了汽车炸弹、自杀攻击、武装份子围攻等各种危难。所谓正义已没成心义，巴格达酿成了难辨善恶的血腥修罗场……
