　　伊迪?阿敏?达达（Idi Amin Dada），乌干达20世纪70年月守旧争议的统治者。1971年率领军队策动政变，在位时代积极向外扩大，在国内则实行高压统治，解除异己。一系列独裁手段使其在国际上申明散乱。
　　为了挽反响誉，阿敏约请了一个法国记载片工作组拍摄他日程工作起居的影片。导演巴贝特?舒莱德（bet Schroeder）并未将影片拍摄成树碑立传的吹嘘之作，他删除阿敏大段的演讲画面，而更偏重对其实在性情的刻画。影片已经上映引发颤动，却也惹恼了阿敏，他要求剧组对影片重新剪辑，并将在乌干达勾留的法国人扣为人质。此举震动天下。
