简　　介
　　菲利普教授（罗宾·威廉姆斯 Robin Williams 饰）对研讨工作的痴迷就像瘾君子沉溺毒品般，整天为了研讨忙得不成开交，甚至是以已经错过了自己的两次成婚仪式。眼下第三次大婚的钟声已来到门外，菲利普的研讨却出现了严重冲破，毫无意外，他再一次是以错过了婚礼，留未婚妻莎拉（马西娅·盖伊·哈登 Marcia Gay Harden 饰）在教堂苦苦等待，怨言满腹。菲利普看着被他称为“飞天宝贝”的新发现——一种绿色的胶状物资，可以克服地心引力，只需将它涂在任何物体上，阿谁物体就会腾空而起。不外这类物资也有个难以捉摸的特征，随时会玩弄一下利用它的人。为了追回被他气走的未婚妻，同时拯救行将封闭的黉舍，菲利普教授将飞天宝贝涂在校篮球队员的球鞋上，成果球队大获全胜。但是同时，也招来了别有专心者对飞天宝贝的觊觎……
