　　朱莉小姐（安尼塔·布耶尔克 Anita Bj?rk 饰）是从小过着养尊处优的生活的千金大小姐，从来都没有吃过任何的苦头，性格骄纵又蛮横，他的未婚夫因为受不了朱莉的性格而选择了离开她。一天，朱莉在庭院里散步，邂逅了家中雇佣的马夫让（乌尔夫·帕姆 Ulf Palme 饰），朱莉明目张胆的勾引了让。
　　
　　实际上，让一只默默的爱慕着自己的主人，只是碍于两人的身份实在相去甚远，只能将这份爱慕深深的埋藏在心底。朱莉听了让的真情告白十分的感动，两人发生了肉体关系，并且约定私奔。可是当第二天清晨的阳光照亮了大地后，朱莉却后悔了，可是，一切都已经来不及了，她已经失去了最重要的东西。
